Description
A full-scale armor composition centered on a black-lacquered iroiro-odoshi domaru. The thirty-two-plate Akoda-nari kabuto is finished with full metal edging and crowned by a gold-leaf brass crescent crest. Varied silk lacing articulates the honkozane dō, sode, and kusazuri, while gilded upper sode plates introduce a measured reflection. Color, structure, and black lacquer form a richly layered yet composed presence.
