Description
A full-scale armor composition centered on a tetsusabiji-lacquered momo-nari kabuto, framed by large gold-leaf buffalo-horn wakidate and a circular sun crest. Muted green silk lacing structures the layered shikoro, sode, and kusazuri, while the leather-wrapped, diamond-laced two-piece okegawa do forms a restrained core. The contrast of earthen surfaces and gold creates a balanced sculptural presence.
